Welcome to InfoSight!

Welcome to the Florida Credit Union League InfoSight.

InfoSight is your first stop when searching for compliance answers. Think of it as an online compliance manual at your fingertips, containing federal and Florida-specific content that is accurate, concise and detailed on a wide range of topics and issues.

There are easy-to-read compliance summaries, checklists for compliance, direct links to laws and regulations, frequently asked questions, and links to additional important resources including CUNA's on-line compliance resource "E-Guide."

Visit the site often, as the number of topics and information posted will expand over time. In the future you will find even more tools, including sample policies and procedures, added detailed analyses of specific topics and more!

InfoSight provides two ways to find information:

  1. Use the Organization Structure - We have spent many hours developing an easy to use organizational structure for the content of this manual. Just "click" through the contents to the left until you find what you are looking for.
  2. Search by Hits - Use our search engine and find the results of your search listed by Hits. This powerful search engine allows you to type one simple Keyword and the program will take you to the relevant pages.

History and Mission

InfoSight is brought to you as a dues-supported service of the Florida Credit Union League and its partners in this effort.  InfoSight began in 2003 as a collaborative effort of the Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas credit union leagues.  InfoSight was designed to provide affiliated credit unions with up-to-date and comprehensive federal and state compliance information.

Since its development, InfoSight has established partnerships with CUNA's compliance staff and expanded and now also provides compliance service to the states of: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregan, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Wyoming.  Florida affiliated credit unions now have the ability to research specific compliance questions and issues pertaining to state law in these states.  This can be a valuable tool for credit unions with branches or member loans in these states.

We would like to extend our thanks to the compliance professionals from the Alabama, California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Texas Leagues, plus CUNA for their continued contributing support, expertise and time devoted to this project.

InfoSight is the first and only online compliance to include both federal and state specific compliance information.  We hope you make InfoSight your first resource when you have a compliance question.
