The Credit Union Assocation of Rhode Island Compliance InfoSight is your first stop when searching for compliance answers. It is an online compliance resource containing Rhode Island-specific content and relevant federal provisions that is accurate, concise and detailed on a wide range of topics and issues.
Each topic contains easy-to-read compliance summaries, checklists, direct links to laws and regulations, links to NCUA and the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation, frequently asked questions, and links to additional important resources including CUNA's on-line compliance resource, " E-Guide".
Visit the site often, as the number of topics and information posted will be updated and expanded over time. Use the search function to find out about other state laws and regulations. For example, if your credit union needs to know the law on repossessions in Texas, search the Texas laws to find the law and details on repossessions.
InfoSight is brought to credit unions as a dues supported resource of the Credit Union Association of Rhode Island and its partners in this effort. InfoSight is password protected and is only available to Rhode Island affiliated credit unions.
Are You Just Getting Started in InfoSight?
Credit union staff will be asked to create a User ID and Password upon the user’s first visit and before a user will be able to read any of the available topics.
- First time users click here to "Request an Account". Once your request for a User ID and Password has been submitted, Association staff will review the request and will generate a reply email to confirm the approval of your User ID and Password.
- Returning users click here to "Log In" or navigate to any topic and a login screen will be available.
